You Capture...Flowers

It's You Capture day over @I Should Be Folding Laundry and this weeks theme was flowers. At first I was a bit bummed because I had taken some flower shots last week and even posted one of them (since last week was Photographer's Choice), but thankfully I was able to snag a few more photos (post-rain) of roses around our yard as well as our trumpet vine flowers. The bees love our trumpet vine (as seen in picture #1).

  1. Oh my goodness, those roses are simply divine! Next year I better get in gear and plant me some flowers....I was a slacker this time around-thanks for the motivation!

  9. love the flag in the background with the roses. for me- and I would think a lot of americans- that shot really says a lot. brings up a lot of emotions. conveys a lot of feelings.

    all your shots are beautiful. I love flowers with bees on them, pollinating and making more flowers! and post rain is always gorgeous!
