Happy Stuff Yourself Day!

It's here - Thanksgiving Day! I'm so thankful for all of you who are kind enough to keep coming back to the blog, for posting comments, for sharing with your friends, for linking up, for encouraging - I'm even thankful for you lurkers out there (you know who you are)!

I'm thankful for the past year, for everything that we have seen accomplished and completed. I'm thankful for Peter's electricians license and the new business.

I'm thankful to see 17+ years of dreaming and many months of planning/saving/editing become a reality when we finally held a copy of Peter's book in our hands! It was (and is) a surreal feeling. I'm thankful to all who have purchased a copy and who have helped spread the word (Click HERE if you want to know more)!

I'm thankful for all the things (financial and otherwise) that fell into place for us to purchase the house next door to us! I'm thankful I have a husband who is capable of repairing what needs to be fixed - and who is willing to do so!

We have so much to be thankful for - all of the above, plus friends, family, personal growth, and more! I hope that you take a few minutes today (and every day) to count your blessings and realize how much God has done for us.

He gave me the thing I am the most thankful for: He sent His Son to die for us - wretched sinners - so that if we chose to believe in Him, we can spend eternity in Heaven. No strings attached.

I am daily thankful to be the recipient of such Grace, Love, and Forgiveness.

Psalm 100
A psalm of Thanksgiving

Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth!
Worship the Lord with gladness.
Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving;
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good.
His unfailing love continues forever,
and his faithfulness continues to each generation.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
