Pumpkin Delight or How I Spent My Week-End

The first official day of fall was on Friday (can anyone tell me when it got moved from always being on the 21st??), which meant that there was only one thing to do on Saturday - go to the pumpkin patch! {happy dance} Of course I took my camera, thinking we'd actually get to go pick pumpkins in the patch, but the front yard of the farmers house wasn't quite as exciting. Still, my pumpkin enthusiasm was not deterred and I made my mom and Peter take lots of photos. Peter thinks that if reincarnation were true, I would have been a pumpkin in a previous life. {ah hem}

There's not much that causes my heart to beat faster than seeing a sign like this

This is my happy pumpkin face - it usually preceeds the {happy pumpkin dance}

Got to make sure everything is in the right spot

I think I'm happy with that...
